Letters are always shipped via registered airmail and parcels only insured. However you may decide not to use this service to make shipping costs cheaper. Any loss or damage is at your own risk then.
Prices and Taxes:
All prices are exclusive VAT. Eaglecard is run as a net price shop only, so no taxes have to be paid.
We do not charge any sales tax to foreign customers. However, if you are a resident outside the EU it is likely that your country's customs office will charge import tax, duty, VAT/TVA, or all three. If you are not familiar with your country's importing laws and taxes, we encourage you to contact your local customs office before you order.
Also make sure, that any transfer fees are covered by your account.

Payment in EURO is prefered, but US Dollar is also fine. There will be 0,35 + 3,5% for fees added to the final amount for Paypal fees.
Stock Availability:
We try to make sure that we are not commiting to supply cards that we do not have. We sell cards every day, but only update the Website every second night. Therefore there is a chance that cards shown on the site are no longer available, or it is possible that the inventory could be in error, so you are not guaranteed a card until we have picked it.
We try to keep the on-line inventory as current as possible. We will always e-mail you with confirmation of your order. We pick the cards and set them aside on a first-come, first-served basis. We accept orders via email, post or telephone as well as via the website.
In the event of a shortage, your bill will be reduced accordingly.
Cancellation Option:
We will accept back into stock any sealed product that has been returned in a saleable condition for any reason within 7 days of receipt, with the following provisos:
Boosters and other sets of random cards are returned unopened.
We will accept the return of single cards for any reason, as long as the same cards are returned in the same condition as received within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds are given on receipt of the product at our address.
When returning goods for refund, please contact us first. We recommend that all returns are made using at least registered delivery, so that you know that we have actually received them. You will pay the cost of returning goods yourself, unless the goods are faulty, or the wrong items have been sent.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Non Payment:
We reserve the right to place cards back in stock and cancel your order if a payment is not received within 7 days. Goods remain the property of Eaglecard until payment is received.
We will accept no responsibility for goods that are lost in the post where insurance and/or registration has been declined.

IMPORTANT:
There is an annoying bug at eaglecard at the moment: when choosing bank account as payment option, the program sometimes wants you to enter your bank information.
There is no need to do that!! Either just enter >dgrjhetprh< (or whatever) or you choose paypal as payment option and I change it later (dont forget to tell me!).

When I was born into the WWW many years ago I was baptized \"thorondor\", the Lord of Eagles in the Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien.
In Middle-earth the Eagles always appeared when there was dire need of help.
I hope you are not that desperate when you come to this place, still i want to be true to my name and try to support the players of some card games (the ones I like to play myself!) as best as I can.
That´s why this shop was founded after all.
Eaglecard is a place where you find all the stuff about these marvellous card games.
For MECCG you won´t find any single uncommon, common or fixed cards in the lists.
If you are interested in any, just contact me. Costs will be between 1 Cent and 1 Euro (with a few exceptions).
